Jefferies starts Endesa with 'hold' on positive outcome already reflected in valuation
** Jefferies initiates Endesa ELE.MC at "hold" as most of the better regulatory framework for the Spanish power utility is already in consensus numbers
** In broker's opinion, Endesa stands out as primary beneficiary of regulatory changes, with over 40% of its enterprise value tied to its Spanish network business
** The brokerage says co's robust balance sheet equips it to capture future growth but this positive outcome is already reflected in the current valuation
** Endesa trades slightly discount vs other integrated utilities, but sees it as justified due to lack geographical exposure vs other peers, it adds
** Out of 23 analysts that cover Endesa, 11 rate the stock "strong buy" or "buy", 11 rate it "hold" and one rates the stock "sell"
