** Co's consolidated provisions of credit losses or capital set aside for loans that may not be paid back rose to $1.4 bln in Q3, compared with $1.2 bln last year
** Still, AmEx increased FY EPS forecast above Wall Street expectations and beat quarterly profit estimates
** Co expects FY EPS forecast in a range of $13.75 - $14.05, up from $13.30 - $13.80; analysts on average expected $13.14 per share
** Q3 adjusted EPS of $3.49 beat Street expectations of $3.28
** AmEx says millennial and Gen-Z consumers represent 80% of the new accounts on U.S. consumer 'Gold' card, and remain fastest growing consumer cohort in the U.S.
** As of last close, stock surged 52.6% YTD, outpacing benchmark S&P 500 .SPX, up 22.5% over same period
